Custodial Job Description
We are a janitorial company with Government and Federal contracts within the US. This Job is based at a Recreation Center in DC
We are looking for a male who should be able to perform the following
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Perform janitorial cleaning
· Knowledge of floors and equipment
· Know how to use buffer, ride-on, and stripper
· Maintain and clean assigned equipment
· Ability to follow directions
· Ability to abide by company policies and procedures
· Ability to lift at least 30 pounds
· Shampoo carpets
· Clean and sanitize the restroom
· Other duties as assigned by management
Qualification:
· High School Diploma or GED
· Good Communication Skills
· Must pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and other pre-employment requirements as needed
