Location: Fort Myers, Florida
Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 + bonus potential and benefits
A well-established fast-casual restaurant concept with a loyal customer base and strong operational foundation is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of restaurant performance. This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys building teams, creating accountability, and driving consistent results while maintaining a welcoming guest experience.
The successful candidate will take ownership of operational execution, team development, financial performance, and community presence.
What You Will Do
- Direct all daily restaurant operations
- Recruit, train, develop, and retain high-performing team members
- Create a culture of accountability, hospitality, and operational excellence
- Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and controllable expenses
- Analyze financial performance and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation requirements
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, and workforce planning
- Build relationships within the local community to support sales growth
- Resolve guest concerns and maintain exceptional service standards
- Partner with ownership and senior leadership on operational initiatives
What We Are Looking For
- 3–5+ years of restaurant management experience with at least 1 year as a General Manager or comparable leader
- Proven success managing restaurant financial performance
- Strong background in team development and retention
- Experience leading high-volume fast-casual, quick-service, café, or casual dining operations
- Strong business acumen and operational discipline
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable
- Comfortable working in a hands-on operational environment
Compensation & Details
- Base salary: $60,000–$70,000
