Experienced Medical Biller for Pediatric Impact

What you'll actually do:

• Submit and analyze insurance claims (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)
• Own A/R follow-up and resolve denials/underpayments using CARC codes and payer guidelines
• Post payments, process statements, and be the calm, clear voice patients turn to with billing questions
• Stay sharp on coding updates and flag changes to providers and leadership
• Dig into payer portals to chase down policy details and resolve sticking points

What makes you a fit:

• 4+ years of recent medical billing experience for physician services
• Strong grasp of CARC codes, denial management, and payment posting
• Comfortable in EHR/practice management systems
• Sharp attention to detail and a self-starter mentality
• Bonus points: pediatric/primary care billing experience, NCCI edit familiarity, or AAPC/CPC certification
