What You’ll Do:
Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff on your unit
Ensure high-quality clinical care and regulatory compliance
Coordinate resident care plans and interdisciplinary communication
Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a resident-first environment
Maintain accurate documentation and support quality improvement efforts
Requirements:
Active RN license
Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
