Overview

We are seeking a thoughtful and innovative Product Engineer to help design, build, and improve customer-facing products from concept through launch and iteration. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering partners to deliver high-quality solutions that solve meaningful problems and create measurable value for users.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, technical approaches, and implementation plans.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable product features and enhancements.
  • Translate user needs and business goals into practical, elegant, and maintainable technical solutions.
  • Contribute to architecture decisions and help ensure performance, reliability, and security across the product.
  • Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews to maintain engineering quality.
  • Investigate issues, debug production problems, and help drive continuous improvement of existing systems.
  • Use data, feedback, and experimentation to inform product decisions and measure impact.
  • Work iteratively to deliver value quickly while balancing long-term scalability and maintainability.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience building software products in a collaborative engineering environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn ambiguous requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages and familiarity with common development practices.
  • Comfort working across the product lifecycle, from discovery and design through delivery and iteration.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical partners.
  • Experience with testing, debugging, and maintaining production systems.
  • A user-oriented mindset and interest in creating high-quality product experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a product-focused engineering role.
  • Exposure to frontend, backend, or full-stack development.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery practices and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience using analytics, experimentation, or customer feedback to guide product improvements.
  • Interest in building scalable systems and improving engineering processes.
