Join Our Team as a Receptionist!

Lake City Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Part-Time Evening Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff, you will help create a warm, welcoming, and positive experience while supporting the daily administrative operations of our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally.

• Welcome residents, visitors, vendors, and guests while providing exceptional customer service.

• Direct visitors to the appropriate departments and assist with general inquiries.

• Perform clerical and administrative duties, including filing, copying, scanning, and data entry.

• Monitor facility security cameras and report any concerns following facility procedures.

• Maintain the front reception area in a clean, organized, and professional manner.

• Assist with incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

• Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or clerical experience preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel) and standard office equipment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or healthcare setting is a plus.
