Operational Finance Manager

Mobile Medical Corporation, a growing multi-state healthcare services company, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in financial management to help lead our organization to the next level.

This is a key leadership position for a hands-on professional who can improve operational efficiency, strengthen financial reporting, and implement systems that support continued growth.

Responsibilities Include:

Oversee daily operations across multiple states.

Prepare and analyze month-end financial and operational reports.

Develop and implement new procedures, policies, and process improvements.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive accountability.

Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning and business initiatives.

Improve workflows, internal controls, and operational efficiency.

Coordinate with accounting, HR, purchasing, and field operations.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Lead projects that improve profitability, scalability, and customer service.

Qualifications:

7+ years of operations management experience.

Strong financial acumen with experience interpreting financial statements and month-end reporting.

Proven success implementing systems, procedures, and process improvements.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Experience managing multiple locations or multi-state operations preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred; MBA or CPA is a plus.
