- Configure and customize Salesforce functionality—including objects, fields, flows, security, page layouts, and user access—to support operational and fundraising requirements.
- Perform data management and integrity activities, including imports, exports, audits, cleanup, deduplication, and ongoing maintenance of core data objects such as contacts, leads, campaigns, cases, reports, and dashboards.
- Design, build, and distribute standard and advanced reports and dashboards to support internal decision‑making and external reporting needs.
- Test system changes, resolve defects, and monitor platform performance to ensure stability, data quality, and reliability.
- Drive continuous improvement by automating manual processes, enhancing support workflows, expanding self‑service capabilities, and recommending new Salesforce features and best practices.
- Contribute to cross‑functional initiatives and strategic planning efforts, promoting adoption and effective use of Salesforce across fundraising, marketing, outreach, and volunteer management.
- Participate in assigned team, departmental, and organizational meetings and events.
