Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced licensed clinician to join our group practice as a W2 employee. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise, professionalism, and a collaborative spirit to our team. This role involves providing high-quality therapy services to couples and individuals while supporting the mission and values of our practice.


Responsibilities

  • Provide direct clinical services, including intake assessments, ongoing therapy, treatment planning, and documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with professional, ethical, and legal standards of practice.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.
  • Participate in monthly CE/professional development activities and team meetings.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in the electronic health record system.
  • Support clients in navigating insurance benefits, treatment planning, and referrals as needed.

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted license in Washington State (LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent).
  • Experience and expertise working with couples
  • Minimum of 2–3 years post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a caseload.
  • Familiarity with insurance billing, credentialing, and documentation standards.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional growth and adherence to ethical standards.

Compensation & Benefits

Schedule

  • Minimum of 20 hours per week to start.
  • Ramp up to 32 hours per week expected by month three, based on client availability and clinician preference.\



Hourly Rate: $60–$85 per hour
This rate includes paid time for:

    • Client sessions
    • Required meetings
    • Consultation/supervision
    • CE days
    • Built-in administrative/clinical support time
