About the Team

In this role, you’d be joining the Order Fulfillment Team. The team’s mission is to ensure all customer commitments are met on a daily basis. You will also have interfacing communications with our customer care team to meet last-minute requests from our customers. This role heavily affects Outbound directly and works closely together.

What You’ll Do

To further this important mission, we are looking for a Order Fulfillment Specialist for our Order Fulfillment team based out of our Warehouse. This position will be responsible for preventing order delays and fixing inventory challenges. An ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker with great communication and leadership skills. As a Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will report to the Order Fulfillment Area Manager and ensure all products are shipped by their critical pull times.

Who You Are
  • 1-2+ years of experience as a warehouse associate and/or ambassador or similar role is required

  • Bilingual a plus, but not required

  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld devices (RF)

  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume retail Distribution Center environment

  • Analytical thinker; able to solve problems quickly and effectively

  • Experience and complete understanding of Lean and 5S concepts are a big plus

  • Apparel industry, menswear and/or startup experience a plus

  • Excellent planning skills and ability to collaborate with all teams

  • Great organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks

  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Drive

The base salary range for this position will be $24-26/hour. Compensation may vary based on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and location. The Black Tux defines compensation plans using market data aligned with comparable companies at a similar stage and size as ours.
