FINANCE AND INSURANCE MANAGER
Job Description
Maplecrest Ford Lincoln is expanding and we're looking for a motivated and detailed oriented professional to join are FINANCE DEPARTMENT.
What You'll Do:
- Work closely with customers to provide tailored solutions.
- Secure and process loan and lease deals.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete and compliant.
- Present and sell finance and insurance products [ extended warranties, protection plans.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive overall profitability.
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive finance experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Familiarity with DMS and dealership finance tools is a plus
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer focused environment
