As a Personal Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our residents. Your work will directly impact their well-being, independence, and comfort. This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to build meaningful connections and leave a lasting impact.

Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ health or behavior to the appropriate team members.
- Ensuring the living environment is clean, safe, and comfortable.
- Following care plans and maintaining accurate documentation of services provided.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in personal care or a similar role.
- A caring, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to maintaining the dignity and respect of every resident.
