- Meet homeowners to uncover needs, urgency, and budget.
- Present stunning solutions for kitchens, custom closets, garage storage, and home organization systems using Total Kitchen Makeover’s premium products and proven processes.
- Guide clients with clarity and confidence through the decision-making process.
- Close sales on the first visit and submit clean, production-ready jobs.
- Manage your schedule effectively while supporting your team.

- A proven one-call closer with a track record of success.
- Minimum 3 years of B2C sales experience.
- Tech-savvy with iOS devices and sales software tools.
- Hands-on knowledge of home improvement projects (preferred).
- Naturally competitive, disciplined, and self-motivated.
- Creative and detail-oriented with strong design instincts.
- Personable, persuasive, and able to connect quickly with customers.
- Must have a clean driving record and pass a background check.
- $120,000 to $300,000+ per year (commission-based, uncapped).
