MARKETING ASSISTANT

Legacy Beverage is looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, punctual, team player to join the Marketing Team!

This is a full time, benefits eligible, position that has room to grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day sign shop operations

• Create & Print signage (Flyers, Table Tents, Banners, Viewthroughs)

• Utilize supplier branding and keep graphics up to date

• Complete projects in a timely fashion

• Communicate with our sales team on designs and edits

• Manage print/sign orders

• Fill & send print and customized graphic requests from our sales rep team

• Organize & inventory incoming in-market materials when received (LED, Swag, Glassware, Tap Handles, Coasters)

• Assist with Special Events (some weekends required)

• Events include local Rodeos, Beer Festivals, Golf Tournaments, and Tailgates

• Help with set up and tear down of events

• Provide assistance and interact with patrons during events

• Work Promotions as needed

• Work with Special events & Sales Managers for event/promo details

Skills & Experience

• Experience with Graphic Design software (Flexi Sign/Photoshop) is a plus

• Ability to understand complex verbal and written instructions

• Strong leadership skills and organizational abilities

• Exceptional time management skills
