Site Manager – Residential Property (Crofton, Ky & Russelville, KY)
Pay: $17+ Depending on experience
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

People Plus is hiring a Site Manager to oversee daily operations of both residential apartment communities. This role focuses on tenant relations, leasing, maintenance coordination, and rent collection while ensuring the property meets company standards.
Key Duties:
- Manage tenants, leasing, and resident applications
- Collect rent, enforce lease terms, and maintain financial records
- Coordinate maintenance staff, subcontractors, and work orders
- Conduct property and unit inspections
- Prepare vacant units for new tenants within required timelines
- Serve as liaison between tenants and property owners
Requirements:
- Knowledge of housing laws and regulations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently
