Line Cook – Join the Team at Moon Valley Grill
Moon Valley Grill is a locally owned neighborhood bar & grill where quality food, teamwork, and consistency matter. We're looking for an experienced Line Cook who works with urgency, stays organized under pressure, and enjoys being part of a team that cares about the food we serve and the guests who keep coming back.

If you're looking for just another kitchen job, this probably isn't it.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare menu items according to our recipes and quality standards
• Work efficiently on the grill, fry, sauté, or prep station
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workstation
• Communicate with teammates to keep ticket times moving
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Help with prep, cleaning, and closing duties
• Take pride in every plate that leaves the kitchen

Qualifications:

• Has at least 2 years of line cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant
• Can multitask while maintaining quality and consistency
• Shows up on time and is dependable
• Works well with others and maintains a positive attitude
• Can work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Has reliable transportation
• Holds (or can obtain) a Maricopa County Food Handler Card
