To provide high quality psychotherapy to clients with identified behavioral health needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to patients with identified behavioral health needs, ensuring exceptional care and attention.
- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and tailor individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to meet diverse patient needs.
- Collaborate proactively with non-physician providers to orchestrate comprehensive psychiatric treatment plans.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of all patient encounters, ensuring all interactions and efforts are promptly recorded.
- Regularly reassess patients to inform the development of new treatment plans, applying well-practiced psychotherapeutic modalities, particularly for childhood disorders.
- Master's Degree in Social or Behavioral Sciences from an accredited institution.
- Fully TX licensed as LCSW, LPC, and/or LMFT.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in psychotherapy.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an asset, with bilingual Spanish being preferred.
