Compensation & Earning Potential

• Pay-per-visit model: $46–$51 per visit + Medicare differential pay
• Average modified full-time earnings: $85K+ annually

Your Role as a Home Health Registered Nurse

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide skilled nursing care and patient education
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
