Maui Brewing Co. Kihei is looking for a top-notch Bartender to join our craft 'ohana!
Job Title: Bartender
Location: Maui Brewing Co. Kihei - 605 Lipoa Parkway, Kihei, Hawai'i
Status: Full-Time or Part-Time (dependent on availability)
Pay Rate: $14.75/hour base rate PLUS tips
Tips: $36.00-$44.00 average hourly tip rate (dependent on shift/sales/events) - paid weekly via Branch™
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, attentive, and exceptional service to guests and assist with menu selections and beverage recommendations.
- Prepare and serve beer, cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Ensure compliance with MBCR's Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines and local liquor laws.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
- Support the service team with dining operations and guest experience.
- Follow all health, hygiene, and safety guidelines.
Summary of Qualifications:
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a bartender in a full-service bar or restaurant.
- You knowledgeable in craft beer, cocktails, and food.
- You are passionate about guest service and strive to create memorable experiences for all guests.
- You get along great with others and know how to be a team player.
- You have weekend availability (Friday - Sunday).
