What You'll Be Doing

As a Line Cook at WINNIE'S TAVERN, you'll play a vital role in delivering the high-quality food our customers know and love. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items with proficiency on the fryer and flat top grill.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health department guidelines.
• Assisting with food prep and ensuring timely, efficient service during busy shifts.
• Collaborating with team members to create a smooth kitchen operation.
• Upholding food safety standards—ServSafe certification is a plus!

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for food. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• 1-5 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Proficiency with fryers and flat top grills.
• Adherence of f health department guidelines and food safety standards
• Attention to details and a high standard of cleanliness
• The ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• A team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
• ServSafe certification is a bonus but not required.
