What You'll Do as a Mobility Assistance Driver:Safe & Reliable Transportation
  • Transport passengers safely to medical appointments, employment, educational programs, shopping centers, and community activities
  • Ensure passengers arrive at their destinations on time while maintaining a comfortable ride experience
  • Follow established routes, schedules, and transportation procedures
Passenger Assistance & Customer Care
  • Provide outstanding customer service with compassion, patience, and professionalism
  • Assist passengers when boarding and exiting vehicles
  • Safely secure wheelchairs, walkers, and other mobility devices using proper equipment and procedures
  • Create a welcoming, respectful, and supportive environment for every passenger
  • Communicate clearly and courteously with passengers, caregivers, and dispatch personnel
Safety & Compliance
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Maintain accurate trip logs and transportation records
  • Follow all company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations
  • Report vehicle issues, incidents, or service concerns promptly
  • Maintain a clean and professional vehicle environment
Qualifications of a Mobility Assistance Driver:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to assist passengers with mobility and accessibility needs
  • Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
  • Ability to work independently and follow scheduled routes
  • Professional, compassionate, and service-oriented attitude
  • Ability to pass all required background checks and screening requirements

Previous experience in transportation, healthcare, caregiving, customer service, senior services, or community support is helpful but not required. We provide comprehensive training for qualified candidates.
