Patient Engagement Coordinator (Medical Receptionist) – Full-Time FloaterAbout the Role

ExperCARE is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Patient Engagement Coordinator (Medical Receptionist) to join our team as a Full-Time Floater.

Your primary clinic will be Richmond Hill; however, this position is a Georgia Market Floater role. You will be expected to provide coverage at all Georgia clinic locations on an as-needed basis, including Richmond Hill, Hinesville, Pooler, Savannah (Mall Boulevard and Downtown), Statesboro, and Rincon. Travel between clinics is a regular expectation based on business and staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and visitors in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner.

  • Complete patient registration and accurately verify insurance information.

  • Answer and manage multiple phone lines efficiently and professionally.

  • Collect payments and process transactions accurately.

  • Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate patient referrals.

  • Fax, scan, and maintain medical records as needed.

  • Keep the front office and waiting area clean, organized, and welcoming.

  • Support clinic operations and assist team members to ensure efficient patient flow.

  • Float between designated Georgia clinic locations as needed to provide staffing support.

Requirements
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

  • Ability to pass a background check.

  • Knowledge of Occupational Medicine is a plus.

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinic locations.

Schedule
  • Clinic Hours:

    • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    • Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Schedules are based on clinic needs and include a combination of weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
