Transport heavy pipes, sprinkler heads, and extinguishers) between suppliers, company warehouses, and local Phoenix jobsites. Responsibilities include loading/unloading cargo, maintaining accurate inventory, pulling supply orders, and safely operating company vehicles or forklifts in compliance with strict DOT regulations.

Core Responsibilities

Logistics & Delivery:

Safely operate company vehicles (such as pickup trucks, vans, or box trucks) to deliver specialized trade materials to local construction sites and clients.

Warehouse Operations:

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming fire protection inventory. Fills parts requests, pulls "pick tickets," and prepares materials for field crews.

Safety Compliance:

Perform and log required DOT pre-trip/post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain a safe warehouse environment compliant with OSHA and company safety standards.

Field Assistance:

Assist project managers, superintendents, and field technicians by organizing tools, handling returns, and ensuring jobsites are properly stocked.

Requirements & Qualifications: Licensing:

Valid state Driver’s License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). (May require a Class A or B CDL depending on truck size/towing needs). Medical: Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate.Physical Capability: Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and carry bulky and heavy materials (up to 50–75 lbs).Experience: 1–3 years of prior warehouse, delivery, or construction industry experience.Age: Usually 21+ years of age to comply with commercial vehicle and insurance regulations.
