Base Salary: $50,500-$59,000 based on experience plus a very reachable bonus structure. Responsibilities
Build relationships with new clients by identifying the right coverage options for their specific needs.
Review existing policies with current customers to ensure they remain protected as their life circumstances change.
Process new policy applications accurately and handle administrative updates with care.
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins with a helpful, positive attitude.
Collaborate with the rest of our York-based office to share ideas and keep our service standards high.
Requirements
Previous experience in a client-facing sales or service role.
Strong comfort level with computers and navigating digital insurance platforms.
Clear, empathetic communication skills when speaking with clients.
An organized approach to managing daily tasks and follow-up activities.
High school diploma or equivalent.
