Step into a field leadership role where you'll work side by side with experienced Superintendents to deliver complex healthcare, commercial, and industrial projects while developing the skills needed to lead projects of your own. As an Assistant Superintendent, you'll be actively involved in coordinating subcontractors, managing daily field operations, supporting schedule execution, maintaining quality standards.At Boldt, you'll be part of a culture built on safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You'll participate in weekly planning meetings, support implementation of the Boldt Production System, help lead pull planning and coordination efforts, and work closely with project teams, to create efficient work flows and reliable project outcomes. Whether you're looking to grow into a Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or broader operations leadership role, you'll be given meaningful responsibility, mentorship, and exposure to challenging projects that accelerate your professional development while helping build facilities that serve communities for generations.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $137,000.00-$180,000.00 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. - Bachelor’s degree is preferred in the areas of construction management or engineering. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Five years industry experience and two years supervisory experience in construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures required.
- A valid driver’s license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check. The outcome of any MVR checks conducted may negatively impact the persons’ ability to participate in any vehicle program provided by the company, including but not limited to the ability to drive a personal vehicle on behalf of The Boldt Company or rent a vehicle through for business travel purposes.
- Experience on healthcare or other highly regulated projects such as OSHPD or HCAI
- Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control and ability to control and supervise large groups essential.
- OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
- Awareness of the general construction, structural steel installation, crane setup, crane capacity, masonry, millwright work, heavy rigging, and critical lift plans.
