With rapid growth comes opportunity. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative I to join our team in Camarillo, CA. This is a temp-to-hire (non-exempt) day shift position.
Responsibilities:
- Provides high level of customer service by inputting and ensuring correct processing of instrument repairs, returns, calibrations, and outsourced work orders submitted via various input methods.
- Assists customers via phone, live chat, and e-commerce with questions regarding products, pricing, order details and first level technical assistances.
- Assists with coordination of Shipping, Production, Accounting, and Quality Control with levels II & III when needed.
- Coordinate and process instrument repairs on behalf of customers. Follow processes in all business systems to track repairs until process is fully comp
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and work experience required
- High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer support experience required. – some customer service experience preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required
- Experience with customer database software, i.e. MS Navision and MS CRM preferred
Pay Range (applicable to California):
$23.00/hr.
