Pay: $70,000 – $130,000 + annually (Commission Based)

Position Summary

As a Residential Plumbing Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, educating homeowners, and recommending the best solutions for their home.

What You'll DoResidential Plumbing Service

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems.
• Install and replace water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, disposals, water filtration systems, and other plumbing equipment.
• Perform drain and water line repairs as needed.
• Test plumbing systems to ensure proper operation and identify potential issues.
• Follow all local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company procedures.

Customer Experience

• Provide homeowners with clear explanations of plumbing issues and recommended solutions.
• Educate customers on repair and replacement options to help them make informed decisions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service that earns repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude on every service call.

Operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service vehicle.
• Accurately document work performed using ServiceTitan.
• Complete invoices, timesheets, and required documentation in a timely manner.
• Participate in training, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential plumbing service experience preferred.
• Proven experience diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to recommend repair and replacement options confidently and ethically.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in residential environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using ServiceTitan.
• Experience working in a commission-based residential service environment.
• Florida plumbing license or equivalent experience.
• Sales and customer education experience.
