As a Phone Lead Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for new customers and play a key role in helping them get started on their roofing projects. This is a fast-paced, rewarding position with opportunities to grow.
Responsibilities:
Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media
Call and follow up on warm leads from our lead generation programs
Enter customer information into our CRM system
Schedule appointments for our estimating team
Requirements:
Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent phone and communication skills
Comfortable with computers and web-based tools
Organized, able to multi-task, and handle a high volume of calls
Customer service experience preferred (training provided)
Must pass a background check and drug screening
