Production Job Captain, Architecture
Job Description
As a Production Job Captain at Ware Malcomb, you will support the Production Manager or Studio Manager in the successful delivery of large and complex projects, contributing both technically and through team coordination. This role plays a key part in maintaining project quality, supporting internal collaboration, and helping guide production teams while continuing to build technical expertise and leadership within the studio.
- Lead the production efforts for complex projects with minimal supervision and with the help of Production and Senior Production Coordinators and provide Revit or AutoCAD support for the preparation of project documents.
- Review and confirm with the Production Manager code analysis and specific details for each project.
- Assist the Production Manager in generating and reviewing project schedules and budgets for their region.
- Lead the communication with project management teams and provide clear direction to the support staff.
- Preferred minimum of 4 years of experience within the field of Architecture or Interior Design.
- Preferred minimum of 4 years of experience with Revit and AutoCAD Software use.
- Strong computer, written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Experience in the use of Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Ganttic, Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
