Hampton Area:
- One building cleaned once per month (flat rate of $27 per clean)
- One building cleaned every Wednesday evening (1.5 hours) and once over the weekend (3 hours) at $15 dollars per hour.
Latimer Area:
- One building cleaned once each weekend (approximately 3.5 hours) at $15 dollars per hour.
