Ger Trucking is hiring experienced CDL-A Team Drivers to run FedEx Ground OTR routes out of Bloomington, CA.

Earn $1,800-$2,200 per driver/week with consistent 4,500-6,500 team miles, no-touch freight, and dependable home time between runs. Drive FedEx Ground routes with late-model automatic sleeper trucks and a team-focused operation built around keeping drivers moving.

Route Details

• FedEx Ground OTR team routes
• Hub-to-hub operation

Schedule

• Full-time OTR team position
• Typically 4-5 days on the road with 1-2 days home
• Weekend availability required
• Dispatch window: 8:00 AM-1:00 PM
• Dispatch notifications provided approximately 24 hours in advance

Equipment

• Late-model Freightliner and Volvo automatic sleeper trucks
• Assigned trucks whenever possible
• Minimal slip seating

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Doubles endorsement required
• Minimum age: 21
• Able to read, write, and speak English
• Verifiable work history required

Experience requirements:

• 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years, OR
• 5 years of tractor-trailer experience within the last 10 years, OR
• 6 months of experience after graduating from a FedEx-approved driving school
