What You'll DoAs a Therapist with RFS Behavioral Health, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling services
- Support children and adolescents experiencing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges
- Address concerns related to anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, emotional regulation, and behavioral health
- Develop individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners
- Connect families to resources that promote long-term stability and success
- Help students build confidence, resilience, coping skills, and healthy relationships
- Make a direct impact on the lives of youth and families within your local community

Qualifications- LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, or license-eligible professional
