In this vital role, you'll help build cases from the ground up — working closely with clients, attorneys, law enforcement agencies, investigators, medical providers, and lien holders to gather the documentation needed to support injury and damages claims. - Proven experience in pre-litigation or personal injury paralegal work
- Genuine empathy and compassion for injured clients
- Professional and calm demeanor, especially with clients in distress
- Strong rapport-building skills with clients, medical providers, and adjusters
- Team player who collaborates well with attorneys and staff
- Lower caseloads than industry standard, so you can focus on quality over quantity
- High-quality cases and clients (not high-volume, low-value claims)
- More time to build strong, well-documented case files
- Close collaboration with attorneys — not siloed or treated as "just" support staff
