Operation Technology

AJ Foods Inc is a rapidly expanding restaurant operator in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania looking to hire an Operations Technology Technician to add to our Technology Department. This is a great entry-level opportunity for a recent college student or someone looking to embark on a technology career.

Responsibilities

· Hardware Troubleshooting & Reload of Software

· Install/Replace OS images for POS devices

· Install/Replace POS equipment and Network equipment

· On-site & Remote Tech Support

· Audio/Video Install/Support

· Skilled Mounting and Drilling. (ex. neatly mount POS devices on the wall)

· Ensuring all cables are neatly tied and bundled.

· MUST HAVE reliable transportation.

Qualifications

· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong organizational skills

· High School degree or higher

· 1-2 years technical support experience.

· A+ Certification required.

· Recent/relevant experience in the fields of IT, Windows Network technology

· Point-of-Sale Systems experience.

· Familiarity with all common networking services.

· Ability to communicate effectively with team members and end users.

· Independent thinking and effective time management.

· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

· Creative and analytical thinker / problem solver.

· Team player with a positive attitude, willing and able to meet agreed-upon goals.

· Ability to work in multiple environments (both physically on site as well as remotely).
