Direct Support Profesional

Webb's Health and Home Care LLC is seeking a compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide Personal Supports (PS) and Companion services to an individual with developmental disabilities.

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 11:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Sunday: 11:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Total Hours: 25 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Supports and Companion services.
• Assist with daily living activities and promote independence.
• Support community participation and social engagement.
• Encourage goal achievement and skill development.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow all APD and company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a Level II Background Screening.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
