Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of Conroe for Navasota, and the surrounding area. Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home care services to clients, including personal care, household management, and companionship

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADL's), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Prepare meals and snacks as needed, ensuring client's dietary needs are met

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including laundry, light housekeeping, and errands

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

• Communicate effectively with clients and families, providing regular updates and support

• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current on best practices and industry developments

Requirements:

You must be at least 18 years of age; have a valid Driver License; be able to show proof of employment eligibility (Social Security Card, Visa, or passport); have a reliable and insured vehicle; and be willing to travel within a 25-mile radius.
