What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Cook / Prep Cook, you’ll play a vital role in our kitchen, helping to create the amazing dishes that keep our customers coming back for more. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking a variety of plant-based menu items with precision and care.
- Following recipes and maintaining consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation.
- Assisting with food prep tasks, such as chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients.
- Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain smooth operations during service.
- Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards.

What We’re Looking For: Skills and Qualifications

We’re seeking a skilled and experienced individual who shares our passion for plant-based cuisine. To thrive in this role, you should have:
- At least 3 years of experience working in a kitchen, preferably in a similar role.
- A strong understanding of cooking techniques and food preparation.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- A commitment to upholding the values of a plant-based lifestyle.
