Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the dietary department, including menu planning, food preparation, and food service
Ensure compliance with all dietary regulations, including food safety and sanitation protocols
Supervise and train dietary staff, including cooks, servers, and dishwashers
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus that meet the unique needs of our residents
Conduct food safety and sanitation audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Monitor and report on food inventory, ordering, and budgeting
Develop and implement processes to ensure efficient and effective food service operations

Requirements:
Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification
Minimum of 1 year of experience in food service management
