Responsibilities:

• Ability to understand and follow recipe directions, diet orders, tray cards, and work assignments

• Perform routine tasks with frequent interruptions, including working with food items, serving trays, handling soiled dishes, operating dietary equipment, and cleaning work area

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to infection control standards

• Collaborate with other dietary staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

• Demonstrate patient and tolerant behavior in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Ability to work every other weekend

• Must be comfortable around cleaning agents and chemicals

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
