We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated STNA/CNA to join our team at Meadow Falls of Bath, a premier healthcare organization located in Akron, OH. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, supporting their overall health and well-being.
About the Role:
As a STNA/CNA Nights (7pm-7am), you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting a positive and respectful environment for our residents and staff. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that the needs of our residents are met, and that their physical, emotional, and social needs are addressed.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist residents with meals, snacks, and hydration as needed
Monitor and report changes in resident's condition to the nursing staff
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the care and services we provide
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Promote a positive and respectful environment for residents, staff, and families
Requirements:
Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) in the state of Ohio
Prior experience in long-term care or hospitality industry preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
