- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems and fixtures.

• Perform plumbing inspections and identify the root cause of service issues.

• Educate homeowners on repair options and provide honest, solution-based recommendations.

• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards.

• Accurately document work performed using company software.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle.

• Follow all safety standards and company procedures.

• Collaborate with dispatch, customer service, and fellow team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Participate in ongoing technical and professional development training.

- Residential plumbing service experience required.

• Certification preferred.

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

• Ability to explain technical information in a way customers can easily understand.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
