CAMDENTON WINDSOR ESTATES, located in Camdenton, Missouri is currently seeking a dietary manager to join our team.
Dietary Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage daily food service operations in our facility
Recruit, hire, and train new staff members
Instruct staff on how to prepare the meals
Maintain the inventory of our kitchens
Work within a budget
Ensure that meals are prepared and delivered in sanitary ways
Create and manage the kitchen staff schedule
Dietary Manager Qualifications and Skills:
Dietary manager certification is preferred
Previous experience in food services (management experience preferred)
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to meet the dietary needs of our diverse population of patients
