Investor Services Representative
Job Description
Saturna Capital is seeking an Investor Services Representative (ISR) to provide outstanding customer service for mutual fund and retail brokerage clients. The ISR supports account openings and transaction processing. Applicants should have excellent communication skills, be able to explain complex issues in simple terms, be able to problem solve and work independently. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is team-oriented, detail-oriented and has great customer service skills.
Location: Bellingham, WA – on site
Compensation: Wage range: $24.04 - $30.41per hour (DOE)
Primary duties include:
- Customer service support to current and prospective clients via telephone and written communication
- Process new accounts and shareholder transactions originating from checks, exchanges, and distributions
- Process shareholder maintenance
- Daily reconciliation of transactions
- Complete projects as assigned by management
- Provide assistance to other departmental staff as needed
Requirements:
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Strong MS Word and Excel skills; familiarity with Apple computers preferred.
- Obtain FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 within first 9 months of employment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Candidates must successfully complete pre-employment requirements such as a logic test, background and credit check, and reference check.
