NP - Nurse Practitioner

SOLVET is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to support the Transportation Security Administration's Office of the Chief Medical Officer (OCMO) through the Candidate Assessment and Review for Eligibility Support (CARES) program.

Responsibilities

• Review TSA employee and applicant medical records and electronic medical questionnaires.
• Conduct Fitness-for-Duty (FFD) medical record reviews.
• Evaluate medical documentation using TSA medical guidelines.
• Communicate with employees and healthcare providers regarding additional medical information.
• Document findings and recommendations in TSA systems.
• Collaborate with TSA physicians on complex medical cases.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with federal privacy requirements.

Nurse Practitioner Qualifications

• Active Virginia NP license (required).
• MSN or DNP.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in:
  • Occupational health
  • Advanced case management
  • Medical review
  • Complex medical determinations
