Job Summary:
Modani Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Homecare Professional in Unadilla, NE. As a valued member of our organization, you will provide in-home care services to seniors and adults who need support with daily living. Responsibilities:
Provide personalized care services to clients, including assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care services and observations
Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and other daily tasks
Build strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and advocacy
Requirements:
0 years of experience in home care or a related field (training provided)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
Ability to lift, bend, and move around clients' homes safely and efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
