Equipment Maintenance Technician

Up to $35/hr depending on experience

As a Equipment Maintenance Technician, you'll keep our manufacturing facility running by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines and automated production equipment.

CNC maintenance experience is required. This is not a general facilities maintenance position. We're looking for technicians with hands-on experience maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment.What You'll Do

  • Perform preventive maintenance on CNC and production equipment.

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.

  • Diagnose equipment failures to minimize downtime.

  • Maintain maintenance logs and parts inventory.

  • Support warehouse operations and equipment.

  • Follow OSHA and company safety standards.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of CNC equipment maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (required).

  • Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.

  • Experience with PLCs, motors, drives, sensors, hydraulics, and pneumatics preferred.

  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

  • Forklift experience preferred.

  • Basic computer skills.
