About the Role We’re looking for energetic, guest‑loving team members to help bring our immersive attraction to life. As an Immersive Experience Attendant, you’ll be the friendly guide who welcomes guests into our world, keeps the fun flowing, and ensures every visitor leaves with a smile and a story to tell. Responsibilities
Welcome guests with enthusiasm and set the tone for a fun experience
Provide clear, upbeat instructions and help guests feel comfortable and excited
Guide groups
Operate simple tech or interactive elements (training provided)
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment
Support guest safety and comfort throughout their visit
A naturally positive, outgoing personality
Strong communication skills and comfort speaking to groups
Ability to stay on your feet and move around during your shift
Willingness to learn new systems or interactive tech
Reliability, teamwork, safety and a guest‑first mindset
Experience in attractions, hospitality, or customer service is helpful but not required
You enjoy themed environments
You’re quick on your feet and can improvise when needed
You love helping guests of all ages feel welcome and excited
