We're looking for a hands-on leader to manage the daily operations of our Austin branch.
As the Field Manager, you'll lead crews, oversee restoration projects, support customers through difficult situations, and ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and profitably.
This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, developing people, and building a high-performing team.
- Lead daily branch operations
- Manage water, fire, and mold restoration projects
- Estimate standard mitigation losses
- Schedule crews and equipment
- Coach and develop field employees
- Ensure quality workmanship and documentation
- Monitor project profitability and progress
- Communicate with customers throughout the restoration process
- Assist with emergency response and rotating on-call coverage
- Leadership experience in restoration, construction, or a related industry
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience leading field teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- 5+ years of restoration experience
- Previous Project Manager, Operations Manager, or Branch Manager experience
- Water mitigation estimating experience
- IICRC WRT Certification (ASD preferred)
- Xactimate experience
