We're investing heavily in our Meriden operation with new CNC equipment, expanded production capacity, and long-term aerospace contracts. What You'll Do
Develop manufacturing processes, routings, tooling, and fixturing
Support CNC machining operations and production teams
Troubleshoot machining, quality, and process issues
Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions
Create and maintain manufacturing documentation
What We're Looking For
5+ years of Manufacturing or Process Engineering experience
CNC machining and precision manufacturing experience
Strong GD&T and blueprint reading skills
Experience with process development and troubleshooting
Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred
Mastercam, Siemens NX, and fixture design experience a plus
