Del-Air Heating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration is hiring Residential Apprentices to join our growing team across Central Florida. If you’re looking to start a hands-on career in a high-demand trade, this is your chance to learn from experienced professionals and build a long-term future in HVAC.
No two days are the same—you’ll gain real-world experience installing residential heating and air conditioning systems while working alongside skilled technicians.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with installing residential HVAC systems
- Help remove and replace heating and air conditioning equipment
- Support ductwork installation and equipment setup
- Learn brazing, piping connections, and installation techniques
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
- Deliver great customer service while on job sites
What We’re Looking For
- Interest in starting a career in HVAC or skilled trades
- EPA Certification required (Universal preferred)
- Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Team-oriented attitude
